Gary Beattie, Managing Director,  joined Synergy in 1993, bringing more than 20 years medical industry knowledge to the team. Gary has held technical, sales, marketing and management positions, and along with his recruitment expertise, is highly valued by many clients. Gary has a strong involvment in career counselling and enjoys providing this complementary service to our candidates. Gary became the principal shareholder in 2008 for Synergy Consulting Group, Synergy Training and Synergy Outsourcing.
