You will be reporting to the general manager and supporting the sales and marketing team in the organisation with a great culture. The role will have a variety of things to do from general office administration and sales support to assisting with the role out of a new CRM platform and implementation of an automated accounts system The role will interact with a number of internal and external customers.,
The company is a global organisation, but is distinctly a New Zealand business, run by kiwis for the health of kiwis. During the past decade they have become one of the fastest growing Pharmaceutical sales, marketing and distribution companies in New Zealand. Working alongside the office manager, you will be given the independence to take on two major project rollouts within the business, as well as assist with daily functions of the business.
While previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage, the main thing will be your willingness to provide excellent support to your colleagues, solving problems and bringing your IT savvy skills into the role.
