Contract Customer Services Representative

You will enjoy being a part of a lovely customer service team who are proud to be responsible for delivering customer focussed solutions. The daily responsibilities will include: 

  • Entering product orders  

  • Scheduling bookings for surgical instruments for operating theatres  

  • Responding to customer enquiries  

  • Managing the credit and return process for loan instruments  

  • Assisting internal sales staff with customer quotes  

In this role you get to be an important part of improving patient lives and therefore you will need to thrive on daily time deadlines and love juggling multiple priorities.  
 
This multinational company is a leader in the field supplying surgical products to hospitals throughout New Zealand. 
 
This is a fixed term contract role to 24 February 2023
