This company is well regarded in the Laboratory diagnostic industry with a history of supplying essential products and innovative technologies while continuing to invest in Research & Development to improve testing in the Laboratory Diagnostic market. They take pride in providing a high level of customer service and have created a new role for an enthusiastic person to join their team based in Auckland.
You will be involved in working with their medical laboratory clients supporting key instrumentation primarily in the Blood Bank area. While testing and repair of instrumentation is the core of this role you will also be able to be involved in customer training, installation and commissioning, IT solutions and supporting the sales team. While the main areas of work will be Auckland and Christchurch, your role will require out of town travel in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty.
Because of the importance of this role it would be an advantage to have previous Medical Laboratory Diagnostics experience in Blood Bank, or Biomedical Engineering experience with the laboratory area, coupled with excellent communication skills.
Full training will be provided to the successful applicant, this may be in NZ or in Australia.
