About this Role
Reporting in to the Country Lead you may be able to work from any major centre in New Zealand with the need for travel on a regular basis. You will take on the responsibility of leading the sales team to deliver the commercial strategy.
You will be able to utilize your:

  • Leadership skills and proven successes in team development
  • Previous Sports Medicine/theatre/Medical Devices or similar successful sales experience
  • Positive focus, high quality performance and strategic planning
  • Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proven experience in influencing stakeholders
You will need to have extensive experience in sales management within NZ in Medical Devices and preference will be given to work within orthopaedics or Sports Medicine areas.
