Jump in and lead this operations team of 5 others in the surgical supplies industry. Their hospital customer base have complex and precise needs, to ensure patients get the surgeries they need on time. Your day will be varied, looking after the order workflow, inventory needs, quality compliance and costing. When it’s busy, you’ll be the type to roll up your sleeves and help the team pack instrument kits for dispatch.
To step into this role and succeed you will need to have strong leadership skills with experience developing and training new team members. An interest in the medical industry is beneficial but not essential.
