The Regional Operations Manager role, based at the the airport premises, is responsible a range of activities including:

•     Efficient delivery and receipt of medical devices
•     Manage and improve customer relationships
•     Coach, mentor and develop a team of 5-6 staff
•     Continuous improvement of quality procedures
•     Collaboration with the sales and senior leadership team

This major multinational company has a name and reputation as being one of the world leading healthcare businesses. They have had a significant presence in New Zealand for a number of years and their team are committed to good patient outcomes.
 
This operations team supplies time critical orthopaedic products and other medical devices to public and private hospital customers throughout New Zealand. They are proud to play an integral part in delivering good healthcare outcomes to patients.
 
If you describe yourself as someone who enjoys exceeding expectations, has worked in healthcare logistics previously and has demonstrated continuous system improvements  with attention to detail, you will receive great recognition and reward. 
 
Your CV will outline proven experience in leading and managing teams, along with an understanding of OSH practices in a warehouse setting. Experience in the Medical industry is preferred.
