This leader in innovative technology invests in continuing Research & Development to improve testing abilities in the Medical Diagnostic market and they take pride in providing a high level of customer service. They have an opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join their team based in Auckland.
You will be involved in working with their medical laboratory clients supporting key instrumentation. While testing and repair of instrumentation is the core of this role you will also be able to be involved in customer training, installation and commissioning, IT solutions and supporting the sales team. While a major area will be Auckland, your role will require regular out of town travel throughout New Zealand
Because of the importance of this role it would be an advantage to have previous Medical Laboratory Diagnostics or Biomedical Engineering experience coupled with excellent communication skills. Also you will need to feel at ease with computer interfaces and Windows platforms.
Full training will be provided to the successful applicant, this may be in NZ or at one of their international training centres..
