Join the Warehouse Department of this Mt Wellington–based global medical device company. Their passionate, high-performing team is committed to delivering reliable, efficient service to hospital professionals nationwide.
You will join the Loan Kits team responsible for preparing and dispatching surgical instrument sets to hospitals throughout New Zealand. This hands-on role supports the Inventory Controllers with accurate picking, packing, stock movements, and day-to-day inventory tasks.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.00pm.
Start date Mid January 2026 for 12 months
This role will allow you to:

It is essential that you have:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations within New Zealand (medical device or healthcare sector experience highly regarded)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions clearly and confidently
- A professional, well-presented approach that reflects the standards of a healthcare supplier
- A full, clean NZ driver licence and reliable transport
- Prior experience with SAP (advantageous but not essential)
An interest or background in science, healthcare, or medical products will be viewed favourably.

Our office shuts from the 16th of December and re-opens on the 5th January 2026. We will review applications on our return.
