Chris has had extensive experience throughout her career across the health sector including medical operations management and project management. She is an accomplished leader, with a track record of delivering complex strategic and operational change programmes. Chris comes from a high performance driven environment where she builds strong relationships with clients and leads people towards ensuring they have the right ‘fit’ and opportunities to impact positively and deliver results. With over 17 years of operational experience Chris is also Synergy’s Operations Manager. This role ensures our systems, processes and our business meets the needs of the people and the current market.
