Gary has been part of the Synergy story since 1993. Before joining Synergy he spent over 20 years in the medical industry in technical, sales, marketing and management positions, and this experience, along with his recruitment expertise, is highly valued by our clients.
He has a passion for career counselling and enjoys providing this complementary service to our candidates. Gary was part of the expansion of Synergy’s services into contracting teams and became the principal shareholder of Synergy Consulting in 2008.
