The Role:
As a Product Specialist, you will manage your own territory, covering key accounts across an Auckland and surrounds territory. Your focus will be on selling specialist Anaesthetic Consumables and Cardiac Diagnostic Equipment to a variety of healthcare professionals. You'll build strong relationships with procurement professionals, clinicians, nursing staff, and other key opinion leaders (KOLs) within both public and private hospitals.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive account plans, driving both new business and growth within existing accounts.
- Leverage your 5+ years of successful healthcare sales experience to launch new products and build lasting partnerships.
- Work both independently and as part of a high-performing team in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Promote products from both clinical and business perspectives, providing the best healthcare solutions for New Zealand's evolving needs.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record in sales with at least 5 years' experience in the healthcare sector.
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills with the ability to grow existing accounts and source new business.
- A 'can-do' attitude, strong motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to succeed as an individual while working cohesively in a team.
- A sales specialist who understands the clinical and business needs of the healthcare sector.
- Must be a New Zealand citizen, resident, or hold a valid work visa with full working rights in New Zealand.
