About the Role
 
This is your chance to break into the medical device industry and build a rewarding career. Based in Wellington (Hutt Valley preferred) with some flexibility for Hawke's Bay, you'll support orthopaedic surgeons and hospital teams with market-leading products — without the demands of trauma callouts.
 
You'll join an established and supportive team, working alongside an experienced Wellington Product Specialist who will mentor you as you grow into the role.
 
Day to day, you will:

• Provide clinical support in theatre and on the ward with orthopaedic instrumentation
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital teams
• Deliver training and in-service education so clinicians are confident using the technology
• Collaborate with your Territory Manager on growth plans and account strategy
• Use your clinical insight to add value to both patients and healthcare providers

We're looking for either:

• A Physiotherapist or clinically experienced health professional keen to step into industry, OR
•  A high-performing sales professional with a background in medical, science, or health

You'll also bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Health Science, or related field
• Experience in a hospital, rehab, or clinical setting
• Excellent communication skills and natural relationship-building ability
• A genuine curiosity for medical technology and the drive to learn
• (Bonus) Previous sales or theatre support experience – but full training is provided
