An exciting opportunity for a clinically minded, technically capable healthcare professional to move into a specialised role supporting the use of innovative clinical products and technologies within the operating theatre.
Working closely with clinical teams, you will become a trusted technical expert, providing support across product preparation, implementation and use in the hospital environment.
 
Key responsibilities
• Support surgeons and theatre teams during surgical procedures
• Provide clinical and technical product guidance
• Assist with pre-operative planning and case preparation
• Train and support clinical teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in theatre
 
About you
We are looking for someone with a strong clinical, health science or technical background who is comfortable working in a hospital and procedural environment.

You will need:
• Strong clinical and anatomy knowledge
• Excellent technical aptitude and attention to detail
• Confidence communicating with surgeons and senior clinicians
• The ability to remain calm and focused in a theatre environment
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• A genuine interest in healthcare technology and improving patient outcomes
 
This is a clinical and technical role, offering an excellent opportunity to build a career in advanced surgical technology. You may come from physiotherapy, nursing, radiography, biomedical science, exercise physiology, health science or another relevant clinical or technical discipline.
