Flexibility of resource option
Synergy can provide flexible resource solutions designed to meet your business needs. There are two main options:
1. Synergy-employed representatives (outsourced team)
A team of one or more Synergy representatives employed and contracted by Synergy Consulting Group, but managed day-to-day by your organisation.
- This option does not include management of representatives by Synergy.
- Representatives are fully integrated into your existing team and follow your direction, targets, and reporting structures.
- This could involve a full national team or just one or two representatives — all recruited, employed, and pay-rolled through Synergy.
- We can assist with strategic input (team structure, territory planning), drawing on Wendy’s experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Manager in New Zealand.
- Performance-based incentives and bonuses are recommended to drive outcomes (for example, exceeding call rates or prescription targets).
2. Contracting recruitment (direct employment by client)
Synergy identifies, screens, and presents skilled contractors for you to employ directly under your own payroll or contracting structure.
- We manage sourcing, vetting, and shortlisting.
- Candidates are engaged directly by your organisation, with Synergy support through onboarding if required.
- Ideal when you wish to maintain internal employment while leveraging Synergy’s healthcare recruitment expertise.
