We are seeking either:
 
• An ambitious Associate Territory Manager ready to launch a career in orthopaedics, or
• An experienced Territory Manager who can take full ownership of revenue and territory growth.
 
There is no trauma component in this portfolio.

This is not a passive account management role. It is a growth-focused position where commercial drive, clinical credibility and disciplined execution matter.
You will work directly with leading surgeons in theatre while strategically expanding your territory and market share.
 
The Role
 
Associate Territory Manager:
 
• Support a senior Territory Manager in theatre and account management
• Learn portfolio, inventory and surgeon preferences
• Gradually take ownership of accounts and revenue targets
• Build strong commercial and clinical foundations
 
 or Experienced Territory Manager:
 
• Full ownership of the Upper Extremities portfolio
• Responsibility for sales targets, forecasting and territory strategy
• Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities
• Strengthen relationships across surgeons, theatre teams and procurement
 
Key Responsibilities
 
• Provide clinical and technical support in Operating Theatre
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals
• Drive territory growth through structured planning and execution
• Maintain high standards of inventory and case management
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture
 
About You
 
• Orthopaedic sales experience OR strong clinical theatre exposure
• Commercially driven with the ability to generate and secure new business
• Confident communicator who builds credibility with surgeons
• Resilient, organised and solutions-focused
• Qualification in health science, anatomy, physiology or related field (for ATM pathway)
• Willingness to travel within your territory

• Base salary from $80,000 (aligned to experience)
