Clinical Support Representative

We are seeking a Clinical Support Representative to provide product support, clinical training, and customer service within hospital and clinical environments. Working closely with sales and healthcare professionals, you will help ensure successful product adoption, support procedures, and build strong customer relationships.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical support and product expertise to healthcare professionals.
• Assist with procedures and product usage in clinical settings as required.
• Deliver product training and education programs.
• Support customer relationship management and account activities.
• Maintain customer records, preferences, and training schedules.

About You
• Experience in a medical device sales role or clinical
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health or science-related field.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
• Understanding of healthcare systems and hospital environments.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
