This role offers the rare advantage of stepping into an existing hospital portfolio with strong foundations already in place. Rather than building a territory from scratch, you will inherit established relationships across Wellington and the lower North Island and have the opportunity to grow and develop these accounts further.
You will work closely with surgeons, nurses, theatre staff, and procurement teams, supporting them with clinically trusted products used every day in hospitals. The role combines relationship management, clinical support, and territory growth.

The role
• Manage and grow a well-established hospital territory across Wellington and surrounding regions
• Maintain strong relationships with clinicians, theatre teams, and hospital stakeholders
• Provide product education and clinical support within hospital environments
• Identify opportunities to expand product usage across departments and services
About you
• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales (hospital experience highly regarded)
• Strong relationship-building skills and credibility with healthcare professionals
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory autonomously
• A professional, positive approach and genuine interest in healthcare
Location
The territory covers Wellington and the lower North Island. Candidates based in Wellington, Palmerston North, or surrounding regions are encouraged to apply.
