If you've ever been put off hospital sales roles because of excessive travel, this one will feel different.
You'll step into an established portfolio of hospital accounts, working with clinicians, nurses, and procurement teams across a range of essential products used every day in patient care. There is a solid base of existing business, with clear opportunities to grow and develop the territory further.

The role
• Manage and grow hospital accounts across Wellington and the lower North Island
• Build strong relationships with clinicians, theatre staff, and hospital stakeholders
• Provide product education and support within clinical environments
• Identify opportunities to expand product usage across departments
About you
We are open on background for the right person.
• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales is ideal, but not essential
• Candidates with a health, science, or clinical background looking to move into sales are encouraged
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own territory
Location
Ideally based in Wellington or Palmerston North.
The Territory
This is a genuinely manageable territory covering Wellington, Palmerston North, Whanganui, and Masterton — no flights, no national travel, and a strong focus on building quality relationships within a defined region.
