Bring your clinical and commercial expertise to a respected healthcare organisation representing market-leading surgical technologies across New Zealand. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a territory that spans the Lower North and South Islands — where you'll partner with hospitals, clinicians and procurement teams to deliver trusted solutions that make a genuine difference to patient outcomes.
 
About the role

You'll be responsible for driving sales growth, providing in-theatre clinical support, and ensuring healthcare professionals are well-equipped with the knowledge and confidence to use your portfolio safely and effectively. Working closely with an experienced national team, you'll lead product evaluations, education sessions and conversions while maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers and end users.
This role suits someone who thrives in a technical, customer-facing environment where every interaction matters — combining hands-on clinical credibility with strategic account management and commercial drive.
 
What you'll bring

• Proven experience in medical device or surgical sales
• Strong clinical understanding and confidence supporting cases in theatre
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior clinicians and hospital stakeholders
• A proactive, organised approach to territory management and business development
• Tertiary qualification in Science, Healthcare, or Business
• Current NZ driver's licence and full work rights
