The Role
Day to day, you will be working closely with hospital teams across Auckland, building trusted partnerships with nurses, clinicians, and key stakeholders. You'll educate, support, and drive the use of a highly regarded advanced wound care portfolio, helping improve patient outcomes while growing your territory.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-established South Auckland territory and take it to the next level. Living in South Auckland, covering Waikato and the Bay of Plenty, you'll inherit strong customer relationships while having the autonomy to shape your own success and growth strategy.
Key coverage includes Hamilton, Rotorua, Tauranga and Whakatāne, along with surrounding regional hospitals. There is occasional travel to Gisborne and Taranaki. 80% of time is spent in field, you will have the flexibility to evolve this and manage your time in line with customer needs and business growth.

About You
You are naturally relationship-driven and thrive on educating healthcare professionals while delivering strong commercial outcomes.
You may come from a variety of backgrounds, including:
• Registered Nurse with theatre exposure
• Clinical professional confident working alongside surgeons
• Physiotherapist with an interest in transitioning into sales
• Degree-qualified health or science professional with hospital experience
In addition, you will bring:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive, self-driven approach to territory management
• The ability to identify opportunities and convert them into results
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers
