The Role

Our client is seeking a highly driven, passionate and energetic experienced Territory Manager to join their high functioning team.  This role is a full time permanent position based in Auckland Central with your territory covering Northland. 
 
In this role you will be able to:

  • Promote and sell company products to hospitals, surgical centres and private clinics
  • Provide surgical case support with customers
  • Spend the majority of your day working with key customers in a theatre environment providing surgical case support. 
  • Provide dependable service after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term reliability of products. 
  • In conjunction with the Territory Manager you will prepare, maintain an annual working sales plan to achieve company goals. 
  • Show your ability to build strong relationships to ensure you establish and maintain relationships with nurses, physicians, management and other key personnel in every hospital within your territory.  
  • Showcase your presentation skills to provide effective presentations and in-services
Skills and Requirements:
  • You will have a strong desire for career growth and a love of technology which will allow you to become a champion of this innovative surgical portfolio  
  • Bachelor of science or relative tertiary qualification to be able to step into this position
  • Theatre based medical device experience ideal but not a deal breaker
  • Strong self-motivation, drive and determination to grow, learn and succeed
  • Be a strong team member
  • Ability to work in NZ (without sponsorship) - Permanent Residency or NZ Citizenship
